you in full for the amount agreed. Most developers
are able to complete the sale within 14 days of planning
approval.
We guarantee that you will pay no fees or charges
of any kind for our services -
whatever the outcome. You
will pay nothing whatsoever for our expert
advice, site appraisals and preparation of planning application documents/plans.
Nor will you pay any local planning authority fees. And because
